Jo cheezein hume paas lai thi, aaj wahi dur bhej rahi...

The lady of the night sat across the garden,
The sun had set and it's hue was spent,
The birds were at rest as the babies were fed,
And the flowers had waved off the singing bees.
The light and humour on the outer world,
Was soaked in the flower at the lady's feet,
As she sat hugging her heart's note,
Her visionless eyes seemed to speak,
The flower at her feet gently bent on her little toe,
As she softly touched the subtle beauty,
Her lover's note, flew off her chest and she let it go...
