The sanctity of two 'h',
home 🏠 and heart 💖
is paramount
and more important than anything else in this world.
Heart stays inside our physical body, home of heart 💖 and it must be free from anything that can contaminate it and Home where family stays must be free from toxic elements that can destroy the feeling of bliss- absolute bliss.

It is for sure that our brain and body will not always be in alignment due to some reason or other and this is the time that the chance percent of being attacked or harmed either physically or emotionally by the external forces is very high.
One must train his / her mind not to expose the negative inner thoughts and feelings to others as this is the most vulnerable time and people around us will try to intimidate us. We must think twice about our small to small action and this will determine whether we can align our brain and body.

My simple answer was- yes, I am, but how can I be alone when God's presence is everywhere.

Sounds difficult

It is something like the best part of an object which makes it beautiful.
It is not like that ' I love you ', I like you ', ' you are looking beautiful ', let's go for a long trip ', let's dance, let's party, etc, etc.
It is simple and beautiful like ' I am always with you ', that's all.

दर्द तेरा कितने रूप कितने रंग,
शुक्रिया दिल से,
जिंदगी भर किसी न किसी रूपसे रहा तु हमेशा मेरे संग।
क्या क्या सुनाऊं जिंदगी भर का कथा,
वो अप्रिय अनुभव,
पर तू अब है मेरे साथ, इसलिए होता नहीं कोई व्यथा।
जिंदगी के सब रंग काले तो होते नहीं मेरे दोस्त,
कुछ रंग ऐसे भी हैं जो भुलाया नहीं जाता,
कुछ प्यारे लोग के वजह से,
दिल से अच्छे, सच्चे,उनको अब कष्ट मत देना,
इसलिए अनुरोध है दोस्त,
उनको अब क्लेश में मत रखना, बस छोड़ के चले जाना।
तरस खाना वो मेरा दोस्त, हमेशा साथ दिया मेरा,
पर छोड़ के चले जाना,
जब आ जाए जीवन का अंतिम क्षण का वेदना।

To bring up offspring ,
parents impose little restrictions
just because of security and concern, that's all, but parents heart always
be there with their children
which one can call it eternal
unconditional love.
Son fulfill the role of a father
and daughter fulfill
the role of a mother,
therefore, the role of a daughter
is little more as it is difficult
to play the role of mother
and lucky are those who
have angel which we call daughter,
divine messanger from God.

जो एक दूसरे पर
आँख मुंद कर विश्वास करते हैं
लड़ते हैं, झगड़ते भी हैं ,
मनमुटाव भी होता है
पर एक दूसरे को छोड़ नहीं सकते
और इस संबंध को वर्णन करना
शायद मुश्किल है
