You're in your 20s, you're allowed to make mistakes. Some of them will obviously be bigger than others but it's Fine. Stop beating urself up over little things. Maybe the worse is yet to come.

It's okay to take a break from your regular life every now and then.You can cry, yell, stay alone in your room,
talk to a friend, let that anger out.
