Now She's way too skinny,

Slim the specialist said is better for me,
For my general health don't you all see.
Need to exercise to keep up with looks,
Like the models on the internet & in books.
Thats what society teaches us anyway,
Hard to live in today's Judgmental ways.
Not built with the right curves here or there,

Today I woke with warmth in my heart,

I try & try to fight these demons at play,
Underlying hurt or trauma it all might be...
I'm trapped inside screaming "Please Help Me"!
Easy for someone to tell me to let "it" all go,
But how to let "it" go when I don't know what "It" is,
I go from millions of thoughts to none at all,
Thankfully I still have hope in my future Happiness.
Stuttering, crying, shaking, dizziness & much much more,
Laying down on hopes to stay out of bed for the day,
