Betaab thhe tere aane ki khabar se,
Aangan mein phul ki rangoli thhi banayi,
Rasoi mein tere pasand ke pakwaan thhe banaye.
Raat badhi, bechaaini baadhi, dard aaya, anshu aaye, magar tuu na aya.
Saalo ki Tamanna thhi Jo tune pura hone naa Diya,
Ghar Khali, Dil Khali, mujhe Khali karke chala gaya,
Wapas aaya bhi toh, kiske liye?

চারিদিক অন্ধকার,
ভেসে আসছে টাটকা রক্তের গন্ধ
শোনা যাচ্ছে বহু মানুষের আর্তনাদ, অ্যমবুলেন্স এর আওয়াজ।
হাত পা যেন অবস হয়ে আসছে,
গলা শুকিয়ে যাচ্ছে,
এই ধ্বংসস্তূপে যেন আমিও এক অংশ ।

he found an old notebook wrapped in a blanket of dust.
Curious, he opened and found a dried rose engraved deep into the pages...
His eyes moist, his heart overwhelmed,
Laughter, emotions, memories stormed his mind like a whirlwind!

Suddenly he felt a soft touch from behind,
It was her..
He pulled her close, planted a kiss on her forehead and both drowned in a blanket of warm hug...
The love bloomed like a rose!
